Will grew up in Enterprise Alabama where he graduated from High School in 1996. Will went on to attend Birmingham-Southern College and graduated with a B.S. degree (Accounting) in 2000.
While attending BSC, Will spent time in Washington, D.C. as an intern to Senator Richard C. Shelby, and was a member of Kappa Alpha Order.
Subsequently, Will attended Campbell University where he obtained his law degree and Masters in Business Administration in 2003. While in law school, Will served as an associate editor for The Campbell Law Observer and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.
Will is a member of firm's Alabama and Florida practices where he focuses on the areas of insurance law, condominium law, construction law and personal injury law. Will has been admitted to practice in all Federal Courts in Alabama, as well as the Northern District of Florida.
Will is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Association, Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, Community Association Institute, Mobile Claims Association, Gulf Coast Claims Association, and Rotary International.
Will is a frequent contributor and author of legal articles for Condo Owner magazine. He also regularly participates as a speaker at the Condo Owner Educational Symposium. Will, his wife Sarah, and their children Caroline and William reside in Fairhope where they attend the Fairhope United Methodist Church.
