Will is a native of Enterprise, Alabama. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Birmingham-Southern College in 2000. He went on to earn both his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Campbell University in 2003. During law school, Will served as an associate editor of The Campbell Law Observer and was an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.
Will is a valued member of the firm’s civil trial practice groups in both Alabama and Florida. His practice focuses on general civil litigation, insurance law, condominium and construction law, and personal injury matters. He is admitted to practice in federal courts in Alabama, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
He holds memberships in several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Association, and the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association. Will is also active in Rotary International.
Outside the office, Will enjoys hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Atlanta Braves. He lives in Fairhope with his wife, Sarah, and their two children, Caroline and William. The family attends Fairhope United Methodist Church.
