While growing up in Fairhope, Alabama, David dreamed of becoming an attorney. That dream became a reality when he graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in 1999 with honors. David strives for justice and client satisfaction. Throughout his career, David has recovered over $150 million for his clients through settlements, verdicts, and judgments. His practice primarily focuses on insurance, condominium, construction, products liability, and personal injury law.
David is also heavily involved in representing victims of natural disasters. He has successfully represented many property owners and condominium associations in disputes with their insurance companies after major storms including Hurricanes Ivan and Sally. David is admitted to practice in all Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Texas State Courts, several U.S. District Courts in Alabama and Mississippi, and the U.S. Court of Civil Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits.
David is a member of the Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Texas Bar Associations, as well as the Baldwin County and Mobile Bar Associations. His professional recognition includes an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest honor for legal ability and ethical standards earned through peer review.
David enjoys spending time with his wife, Joanna, of 24 years, and their two daughters. He attends 3 Circle Church and enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing.
