Lynn handles cases involving personal injury, property damage and wrongful death. These cases often involve vehicle collisions, dangerous conditions on public and private property, dangerous equipment and other product related matters. In addition Lynn handles all types of contract actions, construction disputes, insurance claims, and matters affecting Condominium and Homeowner Associations.

Lynn provides legal services to individual clients in planning and preparing their wills, estates and/or trust.
Corporate and Business Services
Lynn works with business clients assisting in the buying and selling of businesses, preparing corporate and partnership documents as well as succession planning when a business owner is ready to retire.

Lynn is board certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and in Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy by the National Board of Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy.
After graduating from Mississippi State University, Lynn attended the Mississippi College School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate degree in 1988.
Lynn is a member of the Mississippi Bar (admitted 1988), the Alabama Bar (admitted 1992), and the Florida Bar (admitted 2010). Lynn is an active member of the Mobile Alabama Bar Association, the Baldwin County Alabama Bar Association where he is active serving on several Committees, and the American Inns of Court.
Lynn and his wife Angela live in Daphne, Alabama with their children, Cole and Ellie. They attend Spanish Fort United Methodist Church and enjoy the family atmosphere Baldwin County offers. They are involved in numerous civic and locally sponsored family activities.
